iBall Slide 3G 7334Q-10 voice-calling Android 4.2 tablet launched at Rs. 11,499
Design & Display
iBall Slide has similarities just like the 7-inch tablets in the price range that comes with IPS display. But, the resolution is rather disappointing. It only supports 600 x 1024 pixels display which is pretty less for a 7-incher. Almost all of the tablets come with 1080p displays and it should be the minimum standard to have at least 720p display screen.
The device is pretty thick. Most of its 7-inch rivals are pretty thin. It has thick bezels and the outlook seems a bit fat. The buttons are on its right so that you can reach out the buttons in case of any need pretty quickly.
Technical Specification
iBall Slider 3G 7334Q-10 is one of the least expensive tablets that run on Quad-core processor including Dual-SIM support. It’s rather an amazing advantage of running thousands of applications with the power of Cortex A7 Quad-Core processor and 1GB RAM. Both of the SIM cards support 3G connectivity which is why it’s named 3G. Also, both of the SIMs will run simultaneously. iBall didn’t provide the real battery life of standby and talk-time. As, it comes with 3,000mAh battery, we’re expecting to get a good amount of runtime with the tablet though the IPS screens tend to eat up most of the battery juice. Also, you’ll be getting onboard 8GB storage capacity with the device. But you can increase its memory with external Micro SD card. In order to provide support for most of the gaming needs it comes with Accelerometer, G-Sensor and Proximity but lacks flash support for browsers.
This tablet is embedded with 2MP rear camera which is great for taking casual images. The image quality is really poor. Also, don’t expect too much from its 0.3MP front camera which is used for video-calling. Additionally, you can take videos as well.
With 3G support for both networks while supporting Dual-Standby and packed within 7-inch display running on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, this device can certainly pull off some big fights on its own among its rivals by running on Quad-Core processor without providing any kind of lag. Priced at Rs. 11,499 on retailers, you can expect to get good performance on a tight budget.
